About the Winchester NAC
The Winchester Neighborhood Action Coalition draws from and supports the interests of residents, businesses and community based organizations between San Tomas Expressway and Highway 880 (17) west to east, and Moorpark to Hamilton north to south. This area includes four neighborhood associations and our stakeholders include residents, tenants, local businesses, schools, faith and community-based organizations.
